Hispanic Democratic Club Announces Endorsements

for September Primary

 

Bethesda, MD – Today, the Hispanic Democratic Club (HDC) of Montgomery County is proud to release its final list of endorsed candidates for the September 14, 2010 Democratic primary. These candidates have, through their track record and vision, demonstrated a strong commitment to the Hispanic community in Maryland. The HDC looks forward to helping elect these candidates on September 14 and working with them to advance our shared priorities.

 

The Hispanic community in Maryland is the state’s fastest growing demographic group and has doubled as a percentage of the population over the past decade. More than 1 in 6 residents of Montgomery County are Hispanic. The HDC will send bilingual sample ballots with its endorsed candidates to all registered Hispanic Democrats in Montgomery County.
